The Merritt Minor Softball Association would like to sincerely thank you for coaching this season. Our kids could not play without you!!!

Before we can start the season we do require our head coaches to have an NCCP number, and register through our registration system. If you have coached through any other organizations before you should already have an NCCP number, you can look it up, or register for one through this link:

Once you have a number you can register through our system here, you can use the same account you used for registering your child, and just adding yourself as a family member. Select Coach/Staff Registration. While registering there will be a check box requesting a criminal record check, please check this off and go through these steps as well, if you choose not to check this off you will be required to visit the local RCMP detachment to complete a Criminal Record Check.

 Once you select the age division (C division) allow the page a few seconds and a drop down menu will appear, this is where you can select ‘head coach’

At the end of this registration you may get to a point where it asks for a credit card to process a $10 payment. Once you are at the point of it asking for a credit card you can close out of that, your registration is complete and we will cover the $10 insurance charge for you.
